I would read it, but without any proper spacing and paragraphs...I will just find a recipe on line instead. You'll need your biggest stew pot on the stove. A little olive oil in the bottom maybe about 5 tablespoons. Dice an entire good sized onion put it in.. a tablespoon of fresh minced garlic.. take for petite sirloin steaks and chop all the fat and anything bad off of them and die set the perfect red meat into 1 inch chunks. Turn the heat on full High and get the onions garlic and oil sizzling. Throw in the meat and Scorch it on all sides. Throw into tablespoons of curry powder. A couple tablespoons of Italian seasoning a couple tablespoons of salt preferably kosher. Stir the surround searing the meat until Brown coated all the way around. Add Water to slow it down and slow down the heat to about medium. Add enough water to cover the meat easily. In a separate Bowl when you get started with the onions or even earlier before you get started put half of a 16 oz bag of lentil peas meaning 8 oz in a bowl of water to start them getting saturated. Pour them into the water with the meat. Keep stirring to keep anything from sticking on the bottom from time to time. Keep a pretty heavy boil going and possibly adding a little water at a time but not getting it too deep. Right now you're boiling the lentils till they get soft. Once they're soft then you can start adding more vegetables. First the carrots. Buy whole carrots. Cut the ends off and quarter them only do not cut them into small pieces. Do not skin them. Just scrub them and wash them extra clean. They want to be fairly big but not too big. Put those in first cuz they take the longest to cook. Let them cook for about 10 minutes or so in the boiling water and add water as you need to keep the level up over the meat and vegetables. Also taste! make sure there's enough salt make sure there's enough Curry for that good flavor. No cut up four or five potatoes into medium chunks not big not small and again do not skin just scrub the outside very well skins and everything. Again add water as needed. Keep stirring the lentils and the meat can start to thicken and start to burn on the bottom. It's a little gets burnt on the bottom and get stirred up that's okay that's just going to add a little bit of flavor. Now take a half a head of cabbage cut out the core and chop it into 2-inch squares tossed it in. Add water as needed. Now your stew should be pretty good make sure it's salted well and make sure there's more curry if needed for flavor. if you want to thicken it up and give it one more good Twist of flavor take a good fat tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter and put that in as well. It will not only added flavor and some of those little Crunchies from the peanuts but it will definitely thicken the stew. Also when adding water if you take some of those meat scraps and put them in a glass bowl and microwave them to cook them up and kind of get some beef broth you can use that to add water into the stew. Also a couple two three beef bouillon cubes at the beginning doesn't hurt either for extra flavor. Just before everything's done throw in some fresh hot rolls in the oven to have with it...
Copy and paste this as this post will self-destruct in 10 minutes...
the post before that I said I'm not going to go through all the trouble of giving away my favorite recipe and then having to correct and spell and paragraph and all that. By the time you see this it will be gone anyways.. generally the kind of response I get when I share.I would read it, but without any proper spacing and paragraphs...I will just find a recipe on line instead.

The Bible also said something about being lazy and expecting reward for it.the post before that I said I'm not going to go through all the trouble of giving away my favorite recipe and then having to correct and spell and paragraph and all that. I think the Bible says something about throwing your pearls in front of something...

The reward was in the eye of the beholder...The Bible also said something about being lazy and expecting reward for it.![]()
Mine has more West Indian and African influence but I'm sure that would be fine...
