I went to the new shop today to get some parts that are wanted by members. My son was making Main cap pins for an EVO 4 cylinder. I thought it was pretty cool to see the production of parts made manually no CNC. So I took a video. He makes all his own stepped lifter bushings and Valve guides the same way.

What model lathe is that? I've been searching for a Monarch 10EE, but that looks nice and compact.

It's a Hardinge turret lathe.... Very high quality high production lathe intended for short length work as it has no tailstock..
