I got this stupid lookin can cause it was cheaper than two and held more paint by 2 ounces. "Turbo" sprayer it says. Ok. Whatever. Lemmie just say I had this oil pan slam covered in less than a minute. When you mash the button, you BETTER be ready cause the paint's COMIN OUT. I'd guess at the distance I was spraying......about 12-16" like I always do, it was covering in about a 6-8 vertical spray pattern. It came out nice too. I got some runs, but it's an oil pan, who cares? It's got a lot of paint on it too. Probably be here another hundred years.

Yup! I used it for the first time on my last jukebox restoration (5-6 years ago now?), and like you say, it comes out FAST! And thick/heavy.

Never seen that style can before... probably banned in my state

Black, white, and red primer are in the local stores, colors you can order but not a big selection.
On large areas, paint in 1 direction only.

Yeah I got some yellow comin for another slant 6 project.

I've used those for many years. The local Rural King specializes in carrying them.

I always soak my spray cans in warm water for at least 20 minutes before I use them. Makes the paint flow much better.

Lot of youtubers are painting cars with them....

I brushed it with rust-oleum all ready
But I bet that gets into all the hard to reach spots

Not a whole car but.
Fast forward to 15 minutes.

yeah, and Dylan McCool did it on is police car, and a bunch of others. There was a channel that did it and actually made it look really nice, but forget their name. Lots have done it

From the internet:

"Turbo spray paint is available in a variety of colors, including Gloss Black, Gloss White, Gloss Clear, Flat Black, Satin Black, Gloss Sunburst Yellow, Gloss Sunrise Red, and Gloss Smoke Gray. The Turbo Spray System is designed to deliver 4X more paint per second compared to standard spray cans, allowing for faster project completion."

What was that paint, "plasticote?" or something? Aerosol. When I worked for the big parts store, one of the guys was a MASTER of using that stuff. He painted I think 3 bike tanks, get them prepped, heated up in (he happened to have) a big oven, and heated the paint cans up in warm water. Amazingly good results.

I always worried that he got the cans "a little too warm" but none of them ever ruptured

Notice it didn't say BETTER completion.

It can get 150 degrees inside a semi trailer in the summer while it's hauled to the store. Most people don't have their water heater set that high.

However, I am sure there is always some bone head that has heated them in a pan of boiling water on the stove. Why? Because people are just that bright.
