I machined my water pump off to allow for the motor plate and an extra set of pump gaskets. (I run a set on both sides of the plate) , I got a 3/4''5/16" bolt in by starting it first and sliding the clutch down on it. Even that was a small pain. I then had to machine a couple of bolts shorter and taper the ends to get them started, which I`m not real satisfied with. I want full thread engagement, but I guess I can use locktite , along w/ the special washers that came w/ the clutch , when I get the length the way I want. I got to wondering what jaguar used for the bolts ,and have a call into a jaguar parts department. Any one ever check to see what they used ?
I came up w/ about a good 5/8" clutch to rad. clearance = happy w/ that.

correction------2765 clutch !!
