Header gaskets that work?

After checking out their site I ordered the Remflex. They should fix up the crappy header flange.

So, what crappy brand headers are they?

If they had "fixed up" their crappy header flanges, you wouldn't have bought them because they would have cost too much.

I run percys aluminum gaskets. I have used headers with very questionable tweaked flanges and percys gaskets sealed up perfectly. They are reusable also.

Not sure what headers they are, they came on the car with the 318 and cheap dual exhaust that sounds awful. They are thin rusty steel, but having rebuilt the 360 and everything else that makes it safe and reliable, new exhaust is going to have to wait. I have a decent monthly budget for the car, everything I take apart I try to make sure it's better than the car came with. Reliable safe driver, then exhaust, then fuel injection, then body, then interior. Two weeks, LOL!!!

Fought a leak through three gaskets with my Hedmans. Would have had to buy a new grinder to dress the welds on the flanges and frankly didn't feel like messing with pulling the headers all the way out again at the time. Totally worth the money for lack of aggrevation. Sealed the first time no problem and stayed sealed.
