Will small block E body headers fit a small block A body?

there are days small block A body headers dont even fit a small block A body

(So my guess would be no)

Some A-body headers seem to fit a lotta wider body cars.
I know A-body go in a Challenger, but the other way round, - I don't know !

depends on brand and part number.

THIS^^^^^ Just did an install yesterday. A 340 in a Dart. I forget the brand, but the directions said they fit an A, B, and E body chassis.

They did fit the A fairly well, but how they’d fit in the other chassis I can’t say.

I only have experience with small block TTI headers between A & E body. The passenger side are the same on both. Driver's side is different. Most obvious on the A-body version is that the #7 pipe is separate, goes over the frame rail and then slips into the collector. E-body is all one piece within the frame rail. (All tubes are above the steering linkages.)

Their small block E-body set also fit F-bodies.

There are the standard decades old 3 tube under the front end linkage, 1 over headers that fit many years, makes and models.

I hate the driver side installation and clearance.
