I wonder if "frog tape" would help for taping?

Oh cool. I may give that a try. It’s a textured finish so hopefully that would help with adhesion. Just scared of ruining it if I get out of line or my tape job is poor ha. Would be cool if I could get it to match the other bezels though.

I have used frog tape before with great results! Unfortunately I was looking over the weekend and the line I wanted to use on the aftermarket gauge bezel doesn’t go all the way around so it would be hard to make a uniform line even with tape. Still going to use the pens on the heater bezel for sure though.

Your bezel looks great! I just got the chrome pens and am planning to try them (1, 2 and 4 mm) on an old bezel. Did you repaint the black on your bezel? If so, what did you use?

Thanks. I left the Black area as is. Did not want to push my luck.

I’m buying the liquid chrome pens this week and will try it out on a bezel this weekend.

On my bezel I used a silver Sharpie. Came out nice!! And won't rub off as easy. Liquid chrome sure is nice though.
