Heater fan wire's

Sorry for no pics but I cant get the camera to work.

Ok so my heater fan on my 73 duster dose not work.

I checked the ground its good.
There is the ground wire and a green positive wire running off the fan when I UN plug the positive wire and run a jumper wire to the battery the fan works.I followed the dark green positive wire to the plug in the fire wall then the green wire and a blue wire are run together (in one harness with them to wires) I know the green wire runs to the heater box and the fan controls like hi and lo fan settings.I cant find a brake in the wire but I am getting no power to the fan.

The problem is between the firewall and the heater controls

In the earlier models the fan switch actually had an off position ( switch moved left to right ). 73 up ( swittch moves up and down ) the fan switch is speed select only. On and off power comes from a second switch operated by the upper sliding cotrol lever.

I got it is was a messed up fuese
