Hi all, Any ideas would be great. Parts places are telling me my 67 Barracuda is a Unicorn. & have a missing piece of the engine side harness. The piece that's missing has 8 pins. 4 wires to to the wiper motor, 1 wire to A/C compressor, 1 wire to blower motor & the last 2 wires go to the backup lights. This is the original equipment, but Places like Classic ind & Yearone say there's no such plug. Have I lost my mind??

This should be a direct link to the 67 Barracuda Supplement
http://www.mymopar.com/downloads/servicemanuals/1967_Plymouth_Service_Manual_Supplement.zip
if not, its on this page Service Manuals – MyMopar

There's also pdf of the shop manual diagram by @1969383S in this post.
Make sure you get the '67. There are changes each year.

Diagram wire codes covered here

if you post a photo then we can see what you got.

There were three of four different wiper motors used in '67.

You have not lost your mind. Those harnesses are available for 67. Let me check tomorrow for the #'s from either source.

Not sure I have seen those harnesses.
If they are made it would be three separate harnesses that you would need to plug together.
That being said the wiper harness would have the connector an the others just bare terminals.

Classic has the bare connector, no wires.

This might work or be adapted

Like @Cuda Al has this link above to an M&H made harness, This is the Part you want. You will have to re-pin 8 wire's. Easy Peazy stuff here. Compare these drawings and you will see the solution.
in 68 the ABCD sockets were GR,DB,V,V (BU and AC Clutch and Fan wires) and EFGH were BR,R,GR,DB (Wiper Motor Wires)! 67 ABCD were BR,DB,R,GR (Wiper wires) and EFGH were GR,V,DB,V (BU and AC Clutch and fan wires).!
It is very simple with the correct tool to pop these terminals out and then put them back in for the correct orientation for 67.

You might want to put a temporary tie wrap around the group of 4 wires before removing them from the connector as not to mix up the DB and GR wires! Just saying!

Thanks to Everyone. I'll be doing like most of you said & get the harness that's Close, then just add the other wires. And 1969383S I have the regular full shop manual, But Didn't have the supplimental, So thanks on that Mattax, once I saw that, it all came together in what's left of my brain. I really want to thank each & every one of ya for the help!! I'm definitly a Newbie.

If your wiper motor has 4 wires leading to the connector, then it may be the one the shop manual diagram shows.

You can return the favor and help others by post some photos of what's on your car, and if you can read it the part numbers.

That connector is also used for some other circuits. For example IF the car has a manual transmision, then the back up (B/U) light switch circuit goes through that same connector.

When those connectors are removed from the firewall, its easy to break them by prying to hard. That may be what happened to yours before you bought it.
DMT (detroit muscle technology) sells the seals.
Cuda_Al posted that Classic sells the plastic housing.
Double check but their MD4505 looks like the correct one.
I think I bought from a different supplier.

Cleaning bulkhead connectors
I also like De-oxit and if needed on heavily oxidized terminals, I'll scrub the metal using fiberglass cleaning brushes that look like mechanical pencils.

If the wires are all loose, they can be rewrapped with a non-stick electrical tape (if you want it to look original) or covered in something more modern looking.

The one I purchased was the 4509, because the entire plug was missing Mattax. So all I'll have to do is make sure all the wires are in the correct positions & add the backup!! I will be getting pictures soon. And it's an automatic. Not stock by any means, but that's how I purchased it and started this journey. I would post the wiper motor today, but took it to a local electrical shop that is rebuilding the motor, as it was toast.

Well, I got the motor back today, and after reading one of the links on here titled "Wiper Motor Interchange List" Now I'm wondering if it will even work? When I bought the car, it was just in a box in the trunk, that the previous owner said was on there but they removed, so I took his word for it.
The one I just had rebuilt is a 3431077 which according to the list, is for a
3431077 1970-71 E VARIABLE / 3431077 1971 B VARIABLE. So all I can do is give it a try! Here are some pics. If you zoom in, you can see that the entire plug was missing when I got it.

If it mounts, then the next challenge is whether the driving arm will mate up and is the same length.
If so, I would think the wiring can be made to work.

If not, then sell or trade.

It's not critical to use a '67 wiper motor. At least one person here has switched to a later A-body wiper motor. Someone here will be able to help.

Thanks Mattax! I'm hoping that's the case. Wondering if the arm isn't the correct length, could it possibly be interchanged by just swapping out the arm, provided it fits?
