64 Valiant came with this bogus repair job.........what do i call this and where can i source it? The jack kinda makes this look weirder than normal...... Me not too good with technology.......thx

Outer tie rod end.
Not a part to be playing around with like that.
Install new one before getting back out on the road for your and others safety.

Thanks! Shes not going anywhere until i go through all the critical front end parts and redo the brakes, etc......thx

As rusty as that is I would replace both inner and outer tie rods along with the adjusting sleeve.
