Help Tie rods and sleeves

I am going to install my front disc brakes from a 74 Dart on my 65 Cuda this coming up weekend. I want to upgrade the rest of the suspension parts while i have it apart. What do you recommend to upgrade to.. I know there is larger tie rod end that will work but do not know what to get them off of. I also need to get a sway bar i currently don't have one. Any help would be appreciated..

Not sure about the tie rod sleeves, may be available from one of the suspension parts companies like PST, etc.
I got a new set of ADDCO front & rear sway bars off of ebay about 6 months ago. The price was just under $180 for the pair, including shipping. I don't remember who the seller was but he seemed to be selling a lot of them, & the price for both wasn't much more than most places charge for one.
A lot of people think that some of the more expensive brands are better. Search the forums & you should find some discussions on them. I only had 2 small problems with the bars. The front one has the standard gold colored finish & the rear has powder coating (normally would cost more for the powder coat) which doesn't concern me much. The other problem was with the way the front one mounts to the K member, which can still be used as is but I'll probably modofy mine a bit for a more secure attachment.
