I have a 71 demon that I switched to big bolt pattern my question is putting 15x6.5 inch rims how wide can I go in back before I have to relocate springs dont want them sticking out either back spacing is 4.5 any help would be great thanks guys

255/60/15 is a popular size with setups similar to yours.

measure your backspace. take the wheel off. measure from the hub face to the wheel well or leaf spring, whichever comes first then subtract an inch
On a 6.5" rim you probably shouldn't go wider than 255 anyway. Should clear the spring just fine. Even if it doesn't you still have more than enough room on the fender side to add a small spacer.

i have a 15 x 7 steel wheel on a 235/70/15 on the back of my duster right now with lots of room. it has a 4 1/2 backspace

I've kept the small bolt pattern on my '72 Demon and run 15 x 8 Crager SS's with the 255/60/15's on the back and 14 x 6 SS's on the front with 225/60/14's, looks and fits great!
