where can i find an honest value for my car. it is not a pristine 100k restore. just a daily driver that has some rust here and there. everywhere you look it takes an average of the ones that are found on the internet. no pics. i just want to find a site that gives honest value not inflated value. have tried hagerty, kbb and a few others. tia.

Look at similar cars that have actually sold on eBay or here. And subtract 20% of trying to sell locally

let’s see it. I think people here can give you a decent response

Its worth what someone will buy it for. Historical pricing is a great indicator of what it WAS worth when it sold barring any financial swings. I asked $150 for a tandem 5sp cruiser. My boy said I was nuts, Ill never get that. Someone offered $100 and I marked it sold, next day 4 other tandems were listed at $150 locally.

Create a Mecum account & you can browse past sales. Cars probably go higher at an auction, but it is some real sales.

Mecum usually has a 15% buyer premium so you could actually charge about the same price as the sale price as you know they charged 15% more. Ir a $100K car will cost $115K to the Mecum sucker.
