hood hinges clips

who sells the 4 clips[2 for each hinge] ,that holds the hood hinges on a 1971 plymouth scamp? or does any ome have them they would sell ? usually ruining them taking them off let me know thanks

if it helps it's the same push on ring that holds bench seat backs in place at the hinge.
