Very talented young lady. However, that is not actually Hotel California, as originally played by Don Felder and Joe Walsh. The young ladies version is played as if the guitar were "singing" the song. Although, with her talent, I am sure she could play the "real" version quite well.

That would be the only way that I could see that someone could play it by themselves. When the Eagles play it live, there are at least 4 guitars, sometimes 5 playing at one time. It would be pretty hard for anyone to be able to play all of those parts at once, especially since the original players were so talented. It may not be recognizable if she "picked one part" and played it solo.

To play it like she has also takes talent. This girl could make a good career in music with her talent, especially at her young age.

It's amazing how talented some of these kids are now days.

actually it is not that hard to play alone on an acoustic using both finger work and various chords and bar chords.
 
...a guitar is not that hard to play.
All songs can be broken down and simplified so the basic melody can be played with chords or simple finger patterns.
To duplicate the actual song you would need at least as many musicians and instruments as are used in the original version.
