I assume you mean the 4" bolt pattern to the 4-1/2" bolt pattern. Indeed much more info is needed...
If you're talking about wheel bolt pattern, the easiest way is with wheel adapters. I personally don't like using wheel adapters.
Even easier Rusty is buy a car with 4.50 already. I have no idea what 4.5 is? But it must be cooler. LMAO!

My 71 duster has the small 4&1/4 bolt patter id like to go to 4&1/2. I have 3 rally wheel leaf from my challenger built i like use them.

If you have a 4.25” bolt pattern I would keep it like that because it would be a one of one. Unicorn!

You can use ball joint sleeves that will allow you to simply use 5x4-1/2 bolt pattern rotor and your small ball joint upper control arms.
You could also get a whole 73+ set up (large ball joint upper control arm, 73+ spindles, brakes).

As RustyRatRod said, easiest way is to use wheel adapters which go from 4 in ti 4.5 in bolt pattern

No, it doesn't unless you have Volvo or Lincoln brakes on it. Small mopar pattern is 5 on 4 inches.
Solutions are easier to talk about if you tell us which rearend is in it.
Front disc's? Drums all around?
OOPS! Sorry, I missed your reply. Like mentioned before, your lug pattern should be four on five.

Bolt patterns are determined by taking a tape measure from the edge of one lug hole to the center of the opposite hole...
If you have disc on the front get 66 mustang rotors and have them cut for mopar bearings and seals. On the rear have the axles drilled and threaded for race studs Turn the heads thinner to the thickness of the stud head so they clear the park brake strut. Then tack them so they don't turn in when tightening the lugs. If running a closed lug verses an open end you will have to cut the length.

Front disc 4 piston caliper rear drums i have a 8 and 3 quater in back posi rear end cand i just use axel from a other as long as it the same
I don't think you'll find an OEM 4 1/2 bolt pattern axle that will fit in an OEM A body 8 3/4. You'll need to have yours drilled, or buy aftermarket axles.

A friend of mine sells wheels-tires at his body shop. Had a customer who just had to have wheels that were not made in a pattern for his bolt pattern.
He after some nudge from customer who was getting candy paint, custom interior and wanted whole package ordered wrong wheels and billet adapters.
All was fine untill he loaned the car to his friend (civil case trial attorney)
He got a flat. Put the spare on (same wheels as customer bought 5 .
On the I-10 the spare He installed himself came off as he never put lugs on tight.
My buddy had to pay tow, rental, and pay all repairs.
Lots of shops will not sell tires or wheels if spacer or adapters are used.
