Used 10" drum setups are cheap since so many change to disk brakes. I paid ~$40 for 10" drum setup w/ spindles and other parts (p.s. gear, I recall). Add in the value of the new parts. Check rockauto. I recall ~$6 ea for wheel cylinders and $12 for a "hardware kit" (for both fronts) at Autozone. Shoes ~$15, or more for top quality. Front drums are ~$22 ea for decent Centric. I don't know what NOS drums are worth. BTW, rear drums were recently un-obtanium, thus $250 ea on ebay, but they started making them again so ~$35 ea. You can also machine front drums to work.
Whatever you installing these on will need 10" drum spindles. Included? If you currently have 9" drums, your spindles won't work.
