Ok I am going to be buying rear quarters for GTS very soon. Here are my questions...#1 How wide of a tire can I put in the rear with NO rubbing issues once i go with stock rear quarters and wheel housings? I was thinking 255x15 with a 15x8 rim with 4 1/2 backspacing.#2 If I widen the rear wheel housings all the way over to the frame 3 inches or so, can I get a wider tire without moving the leafsprings? I would like to widen the wheel housings and move the sprigs but this is a pretty rare car so I do not know if I can bring myself to do it.#3 Can I move the leaf springs without any cutting or welding?

#4 Would anyone be interested in my rear wheels and tires?
1970's American Racing wheels 15x10 and BF Goodrich Drag Radials P325/50R15 with less than 300 easy miles.I dont think I would want to ship them.

They are pictured on the rear of the car.The B.S. is 4 1/2 these tires and rims will not fit a normal car unless it is radius cut, narrowed rear end,or some real good air shocks. The tire stick out past my rear quarters aways.Damn 1970's LOL

255's should work but will be tight. You might have to buy the offset shackle package to give you enough room which will involve cutting off the spring perches and welding on new ones 3/4" over. Don't hack up the car!!!!!!
