Howdy from the Houston area.
I recently bought a last year Valiant sedan with a slant 6 engine. The original owners managed to warp the head and sieze the engine when the car was relatively new and it sat in a west Texas garage for over 25+ years.
Because of that, the paint and interior are almost perfect. A few weeks ago, I pulled the original 225 and 904 transmission and replaced it with a good running, low mileage set out of a 69 Dart. I've spent the time since then doing fine tuning and making the car roadworthly again.
I'm also on the slantsix.org site and this site was recommended to me.
I'm looking forward to all that this forum has to offer,
