Identify parts please...

I have have an air cleaner housing and a set of subframe connectors. I am trying to figure out the application. Thanks!

Air cleaner looks like 1970/1971 B+E-body 340 cars.

No, those 70/71 B&E bodies were dual snorkel and some had the two snorkels removed....

that air cleaner looks like a 318 2 bbl air cleaner, single snorkel....

340 would have the flapper in the bottom, except for 73 it was ommitted(maybe 72-73). However, the bump on the side is different from what you have. Looks like a 2Bbl breather to me.

What's the diameter of the carb opening on the air cleaner base? If it's over 5" then it's for a 4bbl.

Hmmm, do I take that to mean they are A-body connectors?

No i think it is a little over 4". Any value ?

Air cleaner looks like one i cut up from a 73 400 2bbl.
