Well gentlemen due to some rough running and idling issues I removed my mixture screws, blew some compressed air through their ports and the needles. I screwed them both in all the way, backed them off about a turn and a half, then proceeded to set my idle. My car is running smooth now but I noticed something. It seems to be running a bit warmer then before. Keep in mind it's not overheating but it seems to be running a bit warmer. Is this typical or am I running too lean?

The best way to set the mixture screws would be to use a vacuum gauge connected to manifold vacuum and adjust for maximum vac. In lew of that, it does sound a little lean. Won't hurt to back them off a little at a time until it starts to effect the idle and then run them back in a hair and see if the temp cools some. At least you'd know that was the issue.

When you say it "seems" warmer,, how are you measuring/sensing the temp?

And did you adjust the mixture screws after the 1 1/2 turn out?

Yup I backed them out 1 1/2 turns then basically adjusted until my idle was pretty smooth. As for temp I am purely going by my temp gauge in the car. I was going to come back with better info but my batteries to my laser temp gauge are out. :(
