Drank to much last night and now I'm paying for it  It's 5.47 pm on sat and I'm just starting to feel human again. I'll never learn

They tell me a was drinking shots? don't know. My salespeople took me out last night and got revenge on me. LOL

I'll have the last laugh on monday! :thumrigh:

Gatorade.

Last year when we went to Atco, me and the boys went out the night before and closed down a nice, local club filled with mostly naked women. Ok, half-naked. It's a nice place. ;-)

Anyway, the next morning I woke up, it hurt to blink. We went to breakfast and I couldn't eat anything more than dry toast. And only half a piece, at that. Then I had to drive 100+ miles to get home, good thing I wasn't racing that day!

I stopped at a gas station and bought one of those 32 ounce bottles of Gatorade. By the time we were leaving NJ I felt like my old self again. The funny thing is that 32 ounces stayed in me, I guess I was dehydrated.

So now, if I know I'm gonna be out pounding a few, I grab a pair of 16 ouce Gatorades beforehand. One for before, one for after. No more hangovers!

Oh, wait... I'm an NHRA member. Remove "Gatorade" and replace it with "PowerAde".

Any special occassion? :D

Sorry if I sounded like a tool when I called the other day, but I had just gotten the magazine and I found your work number a few minutes later.... I figured "Why not just tell him" how good the car looked.

If my car made a cover shot I'd just drop dead

Never mind a hang over!

I try and stay close to my salespeople and have a good relationship with them. I also had 3 of my managers there too. The car business is hard enough on everyone so I think it helps to stay in tune with my employees. Our store has great culture and we have a lot of fun when we work. A lot of bosses distance themselves from their employees to keep them on their toes. I'm just the opposite, I want them to follow my lead so they have to like me and trust me, that's why I try and spend some time with them outside of work. That way they know I'm just like them and they respect that. Our dealership is in a town of 13,000 people and we average 180 cars a month. Last month we beat evey store in our region and that included 4 stores in St Louis. Not bad for being in the middle of no where.

Fastback340, I'm glad you called! you can call anytime. Anybody can call me anytime.
