My upper door panels are cracked but otherwise complete and in good shape. I’m considering bonding them together, filling the faux stitching, and sanding them smooth in order to make a mold for fiberglass pieces. Would there be any interest if I was to make them for other people?

This has been something that has been needed for decades! Now that the 73-76 A-bodies are the only Mopars left cheap enough for the newbee's. I'm just about to throw out a few 73-76 doors that no longer have usable upper door frames...

I keep thinking the 3D printing enthusiasts will come to our rescue. But alas.
I'd say there is a fair amount of interest in having these panels reproduced. However, you are talking about changing them from stock, which may reduce interest for some potential buyers.
Removing the stitching and texture may appeal to some buyers, but may also turn others away.
