A lot of people put them down, but I have had good luck with molded carpet sets from JC Whitney, at around $130. Always farmed-out upolstry to a shop, so no help there.

A-body Addicted
For any 2-door A-body, recommend Legendary for seat upholstery and door panels. 4-door folks are on their own.
Lots of sources for carpeting and dash pad covers if you're not particular. Otherwise, Legendary gets my nod.
I have used Mr. G's to have instrument cluster trim restored and early a-body armrest base plating. He also has screws and miscellaneous fasteners I can't find anywhere else.
Members here on FABO are a good sources, too. Look for people parting out cars like yours to avoid complications. eBay is good, too. You have to be a bit more careful, because some people are selling stuff they don't really know much about.
