Sure they are made. "In general" with the state of the aftermarket chineseoationated manufacturers, I'd be darn careful what I bought. Having the wheel come off while driving might be a short but exciting trip. And, it might only happen once.

You would have to relocate a few things. and it would be best to have a certified guy weld it up, and probably have to live with a little wander in your steering.
So, I'd like to hear why.

of course it doesn't have a horn or turn signals.
There are others, call summit and tell them what you want it for and they can recommend the right one for your application. They've been very helpful to me in the past.
