I'm not sure. I took a chance and purchased this engine, sight unseen... and trusted the seller that it ran good. I never got specs on it.
I did check the cylinders and piston tops with a borescope and all looked good. Pistons were stamped .40 over, so I figured it would be cammed, I'm just not sure of the numbers.
