Jack's Auto Parts - Anyone?

I live about 30 minutes from Jack's. I have used them on occasion, but I prefer to use anyone else. Jack sold the business to his brother Jim and he has a terrible attitude. He talks down to everyone.
 
bought from them a couple times and got the wrong stuff the last time and called and was treated like I was dirt.

anyway told him you sent the wrong stuff and kept saying it was the right stuff I ordered the wrong stuff and finnally I told him I will put a stop on the credit card and you will be stuck so he came down off his high horse and said he would ship the correct stuff out.

and had the gaul and ask me to ship the wrong stuff back at my cost.

I told him in your dreams send a call ticket and I will ship it back.

got my stuff and no call ticket so it was sold at a swapmeet and this all happened about 6-7 years ago and never been back.

about the same way you get treated at Layson's another vender that will never see anymore of my money!!!
 
Good service is not exspensive, its priceless.
