I picked up a '73 Duster that was originally a /6. There is no motor or tranny in it now. The k-frame is from '72 or earlier that used the biscuit mounts. It's also possible that mounting pads on the k-frame have been modified.

The passenger side mounting pad is at about a 45 deg. angle but the driver's side is much closer to level, maybe only a 20 deg. angle. Does this sound right for a /6 k-frame?

Thanks.

Here is a stock 1972 K frame for a V8 if the picture helps.

It might be worth just looking for a new frame. I bought everything what you see for $120.

I'm thinking that for some reason the PO hacked up and rewelded the driver's side. Looks like I'm going to have to get a new k-frame.

Thanks everyone for the info!
