Kent Moore Inclinometer

A buddy of mine gave me this Kent Moore Drive Shaft angle meter but he did not have the instructions to go with it. Does anyone here happen to have this tool & the instructions or know how to use it? It is model # J23498-A

By the way I did not read that entire article at this time, but it appears there "might be" a lot of good info in there on drivelines
