KH Brake Prop Valve on my 64 Vert

I put a set of KH disk brakes on my vert. Does anyone have a pic or diagram showing where the lines go on the proportioning valve?

What year valve/system are you using?

R coming from MC goes to the frnt bottom, F goes in top and L in top front and R in top rear. Hope this makes sence.
