Morning,yes house prices are through the roof here also , my buddy was asking 669 for his house sold for775 absolutely silly good for him but it’s going that way all over sounds like .

I was at one time not long ago looking at moving to the country, building a 1200 square foot house ,4000 square foot shop but that is unreachable so I just have to be satisfied with 900 square foot shop in the city.

The land and housing prices have exploded around here also. When I was in the market, it was a buyer’s market. You could usually swing a better deal for yourself with a little negotiation. But now it’s a seller’s market with bidding wars going on, can’t believe what some of the property’s are going for around here. The property next door to me was one of the local Dr.’s, pool, shop, basketball court, early 80’s 1300 sq. Ft double attached nice place but $950,000 two miles from asphalt. Made me go woo hoo. But then thought what am I going to buy that will be as good or better than where I am. Then have all the work of moving all my junk. No the next place I move will be the 21 sq ft one room apartment.

Noticed that 68 makes the same tinny sound when you close the trunk lid as every other dart I’ve seen, one of the things that make it a dart. Lol

30 is a heat wave compared to the sub zero temps we have had. I might have to open up the storage garage and light both of mine up. Always makes a guy feel better in the middle of a cold winter.
