hmm..i have to try that....I haul the dirt bikes around with "digger" and its a **** show for me. the embarrassing thing about that, is my trailer is no more than the length of my jeep. i consistently jack knife the damn thing. I always leave myself a forward drive thru so i can eliminate the humble feeling that i fail at such an easy task like that :BangHead:
Short trailers are harder to back up very small adjustments to the steering wheel are necessary

Well, it looks I may finally get to work on the "shep" (shed/shop)! Wife had foot surgery yesterday morning, and I'm on an extended leave of absence from work for at least 6 weeks to take care of her, the dogs, and the house.

We have a few walkie talkies here, so in between my "domestic duties" in the house I'll be able to safely get out there and get my hands dirty with insulating, framing, electrical, etc, and still be in communication with her. Right now I'm dealing with a guy over in WI who has some 2" foam panels up for sale on FB, and even though they are used, I don't care, as HD, Lowes, and Menards are all around the $50 for a 4' x 8' sheet. Which is obscene, IMO....

Anyway, kinda have a double-edge sword going on here, as while I hope my wife heals-up fast, once she's able to walk the dogs safely (sometimes they lunge at squirrels, rabbits, deer, etc), I have to go back to work.

But for now.....

(Edit: Which begs the question: When does a shed become a shop?)

Wish we could see some of that rain you’re talking about. It’s dryer than a popcorn fart here. Open Fire of any kind is banned, back woods travel is banned. There are lots of out of control fires burning now, in places the wife and I frequent. Been doing the rain dance but nothing yet.
You need Fred to do his rain dance. Might get lucky, ya never know

Wife and I decided to go to the city of Vaughan. It's North West of Toronto.
Left at 10 figuring the dreaded 401 traffic would have eased up by them.
WRONG!!! The overhead signs warning of 2 lanes closed in the Express Lane.
I changed over to the Collector lanes and was fine for a while but then of course the rubber neckers had the traffic down to a snail's pace.
There were several cars in every direction and one on it's roof, firetrucks and ambulances and police of course plus tow trucks.
Coming back home heading east was a lot better but did run into slower traffic just because of volume. Couldn't do that drive everyday with those nutbars on the road. No wonder there's road rage.
As you can see from my speedometer I'm driving at 22 km's and it's a 100Km speed limit.
The first picture shows traffic in the collector lane. They were moving at a good rate. That's why I moved over.

No thanks I'll stay home.

Morning guys. Looks like a lovely day ahead.
Might go to a car show tonight in Uxbridge. First show of the season there.
They always have great door prizes and always a good turnout.
Be nice if Madformopar could come and finally meet each other but a long drive for him.
About 40 miles for me.
Have a great day

Been on that mobile parking lot. Ugh, when you put the transmission in the basement of the basement and let it idle along. You mark your log book off duty driving. I don’t think Winnipeg even has that many cars in the whole city. Feel for ya Mark.

Ok guys, I have an terminology question. How is it possible that a four door car be called a coupe? I thought a coupe was a two door car with a post between door window and rear passenger window, no post = hard top
Yes/no?

That is how we were brought up and a sedan was a 4 door but today`s generation of auto designers think different

now, here is a question...How would you pronounce it? I have always pronounced with a silent "e", but my english/scotch ( born in scotland, moved to England, now resides in Canada buddy pronounces it coupe(eh) the e is pronounced hard. Anybody?

I've been there once with my buddy in his 68AMX 390 4 speed.
I can't drive on any 400 highways because I run a Historic plate so would take me forever to get there but you're right it would be great.
