Sounds good Mark would like to go with you.
Never in my young years did I think a hemi cuda would sell that hi. We could have been well off hanging on to our old cars.

No truer words ever said. That car probably sold for less than 6000 bucks new. Who would have thought? I'd be scared to drive it in case someone hit it. If I remember the story correct there was one 71 HEMI Cuda rag top that went to England when new and was right hand drive. Not sure if it was auto or 4 speed. I believe Craig Jackson brought it back and restored it then auctioned it off. That would have to to a one of one. Can anyone confirm that?

I have know idea on that one but would guess it sold real high.
Would love to have another Cuda someday but way out of my budget.

Trying to find the info on Google. I know I read it maybe 7 years ago but nothing found as of yet.
I think we would all like to have our old cars back and some have been lucky enough to find them and purchase them. 70+ Cudas have gone through the roof.

I think some day my scamp might be worth something but never as high a price as a Cuda.

Possibly not but at least you can drive it without too many worries. At least there are more A bodies out there and not 1 of 11 cars. Yeah you can built a clone but not the same. Have a great day Fred...time to hit the shower. Cya

You to Mark.

Hi guys. I'm thinking about a few cars I had too. "70 396 SS Chevelle for starters. LOL
Hit 40F at my house yesterday. Thats a 60 degree difference in just 2 days!!! We broke a record low on Tuesday.

This poor young whit tail doe that has been limping around my house finaly died. She was looking pretty good the other day bedded down in a good spot. (I bed down there myself lol). She was chewing her cud and finally got up but didn't go with the herd when they came by. She died on the ice just off my property so now I am getting one heck of a bird show. Woke up to a hundred crows and ravens in the trees. That's always freaky. I walked through the snow to check it out and the crows didn't like that.

The crows and ravens mostly left for the day and then the eagles and hawks moved in. It's pretty interesting watching them fight over this carcass. On big golden eagle puts the wallop on the bald eagle. They seem to put up with the magpies.

It's time to start shoveling the roof. Gotta get a better patch up there before the rainy season. Best wishes on a good day for you all.

Morning men,-4 again here on the coast sunny and cloudy and it’s ******* Friday yippee have a great weekend don’t do anything I wouldn’t do cheers !

But Biff I can do what you wouldn't do because I'm not married and I can't get in trouble like you would for doing the things that I would do. LOL Did that make sense.

Well gonna go work on the doors to the scamp today that ought to get me in enough trouble for one day.

Hey Fred or BP, I need some technical advice. I have decided to abort on patching inner fenders it is just to much. In the end I think it will look like crap. BB headers exited up front X strip car looks like Swiss cheese etc etc. I have a whole pile of custom fabricated patch parts I hand built to weld in. I had a WTF moment and thought the only reason I was doing that way was because I was comfortable with my metal skills and totally unfamiliar with actual body work. The end product would piss me off every time I looked at it. I have no idea how to remove inner fenders much less how to reinstall but that is what I am going to do. You tube is my new best friend. So that was my long winded way of asking am I better off to go to AMD direct or go to classic industries? Or Summit ? I have never bought a body part in my life, well except for my new knees, and hookers of course!Hah! Let me know any of you boys that are sheet metal savvy. I do not mind paying extra to get a better product.

Hey SLO good to here from you. BP would be better I think on what place to buy them I never did an aftermarket inner on the old cars. Replacing them is easy and will come help when your ready I am guessing the engine will be out to replace them. Let me know I miss Hemi anyway and good time to check in with my kids.

SLO I think it hit and miss with all of them. I ordered old chevy truck fenders from Classic left and right at the same time and one weighed twice as much as the other and was built a little differently too. I've heard AMD is the best but I cant prove that. They are all made in Taiwan. Some of the stuff I get for collision jobs are very nice parts but they are what we call C.A.P.A. certified. Basically that is what insurance companies demand us to buy. I have never bought anything for an old Mopar so even less help there. I think the demand is so low for them that nobody really cares to make a good product (Time and tooling). Gordon makes some good stuff but pretty sure the just do fenders and the like. Maybe Shermans? Probably the same story there to... Taiwanese. I'll do some digging around.

I know AMD has them I just don't know what I am doing! I think I will go with AMD. Just slashed out all the frame rail supports in a fit of courage to ensure I didn't puss out on doing it! Man I need a toddie! I will hit you tube and watch some young gun make it easy!
