I think we have the problem solved this time. Used a belt sander to clean the housing and was perfectly flat then used Permatex "The Right Stuff". Looks like a winner this time. The pinion seal wasn't a hard job...took basically an hour to jack the car up on all 4 corners, re and re the yoke and clean the residue off the rear end housing. then we changed the oil and greased chassis and then did the thermostat housing. It rained while we did the thermostat and the nose was only in the building so the car got wet and then the sun came out and dried everything off. I'll detail it tomorrow. Oh my is it ever raining right now. bouncing off the roofs it's coming down so hard. It would be nice to get the rain gear on and go for a walk.

Picked up a replacement bed for my plow truck today. 100 was a good price with

Get in there and clean out those drains, if it has them. Earlier years didn't have them. Not sure what year they installed them but they plugged up and rotted anyway. Looks like a good one.

I remember the drain BP and your right didn't help at all.

Everything is good here. Lots of stuff to do. The wet spring caused the wheat harvest to be horrible. I didnt even get my seed back. Do you have a car show tonight?
Growing crops can and is a risky business. You guys work your asses off and we thank you for that but sometimes it's all in vein.
Yeah we have the weekly car show at the funeral home here in town. They have a BBQ and music of course and it's a really good show. I suspect the section of parking lot will be full tonight.
Have a great day my friend and a great weekend too.

Old friend just gave me a Thermoquad. 800 cfm. I did a search on FABO and 99% of the hits were "for sale". I guess that answers my questions. LOL
