Morning guys, well it’s tuesday In case you all didn’t get the memo , captain obvious told me:realcrazy:

I'm changing my oil pressure lines from plastic to copper, always afraid they are going to burst and have oil all over the inside of the car. I tink it's about time ! I've had the copper lines for two years now. :BangHead: Have a great one guys!

I had my Scamp engine sent to the body shop and it is there already. Wasn't sapose to be delivered till tomorrow. Happy it's here but I am sore from standing on my head all day.
Now I know why they call a mechanic a grease monkey.

CF you ever try dot 5 brake fluid in a vehicle ?
I know you asked Cf but I do have some experience with DOT 5. DONT USE IT. We used it in the limo and had to flush the system. Never could get a hard peddle. It is full of microscopic air bubbles and is impossible to get the air out. Especially on that large system. Their is no real benefit to it. There is a lot of info on-line and most of it is bad.
