for sure, if i cant have Dutch beer, or German, or Belgian, i would take Canadian beer over American any day of the week
but frankly, what Americans consider beer, us Europeans refer to as "festival beer"
(which, im sure you know, is notorious for being watered down)

Hi guys. Been a beautiful day. Actually hit 5 and sunny today. Had a lovely walk and felt good to get out.
The snow is slowly losing it's battle for now anyway. Reinforcements might come on Friday.
Can't believe some people, we've had all this snow for 3 weeks now and there is the odd home owner that still hasn't cleaned the sidewalks and is now glare ice. Our by-law says they have 24hrs to clear a sidewalk after a snowfall. Guess they didn't specify which snowfall. Just plain laziness and that's the problem with the rentals around here, people just don't give a crap

Not sure but I think you can be sued if someone got hurt walking on your sidewalk that is a mess from not taking care of it.

Absolutely you can plus the fines as well. I might walk down the street and check out the house number and call the city. Screw them
Not something I would do, I hate causing problems but hate to see an older person taking a walk and fall because of my neglect.
No way here to keep a sidewalk clear even if I had one.

Top of the morning to you fellas.
Slept in till 6 this morning. Usually up sometime around 4:30-5am.
Think it's because i got my shoulders injected and now I can lay in bed and be virtually pain free. Sure has made a difference believe me.
So Happy Turdsday. The "W" week is almost over for this week.
Already 2C and will be sunny for most of the day then a storm coming in again.
