I've been there once with my buddy in his 68AMX 390 4 speed.
I can't drive on any 400 highways because I run a Historic plate so would take me forever to get there but you're right it would be great.
what? pump the brakes here mark...we cant drive classic cars on our highways?...If you have a Historic plate it would be unlawful? I have a regular plate.

now, here is a question...How would you pronounce it? I have always pronounced with a silent "e", but my english/scotch ( born in scotland, moved to England, now resides in Canada buddy pronounces it coupe(eh) the e is pronounced hard. Anybody?
You're actually Scot because Scotch is a drink.
I was corrected about that myself by my cousin in Scotland.

Correct. If I put a regular plate on the car then yes I can drive anywhere.
If you had a historic plate the new sticker would be 18 bucks instead of 120 every year.
The woman suggested I do that at MTO as the car is off the road for 5-6 months and made sense.
With all the assholes out on the 400 series now I stick to the regular highways except with my regular car.

Yesterday was just gorgeous.
I planned on going to a show last night but all my friends were busy so stayed home but there is one tonight just 5 miles west of here so will be there for sure. I'm sure someone I know will be there.
Woke up at 5 this morning to thunder and lightning and heavy rain.
But later today will be hot and humid.
Have a great 3 day weekend to everyone in the 51st state HAHA (That will never happen)

What a gorgeous day yesterday.
Spent a couple of hours cleaning up the Cuda for a car show.
An hour later I went out and the car was covered in pollen again. What a piss off.
Great turnout and nice to see some old friends.
Seems they'll stick an LS in anything these days especially after a few beers haha
Have a great day

That is why I find the upper level of the really shiny cars at Detroit Autorama boring and prefer the cars in the basement. It seems that everything gets an LS the be a trailer queen

Hey guys.
Been sunny, rainy, windy all day. Not the best of weather that's for sure.
Forgot to mention my son got his last turkey for is year. He still didn't bag that big tom though, but this one was a good size.
Have a good one

Sticking an LS in this, even if it is a kit car, is sacrilege, as far as I'm concerned.
I feel the same way. Some guys will stick a Chevy engine into anything. If it's a Mopar put a Mopar in it and same with Ford etc.
One guy I was talking to last night works at a Mopar dealership and was told the Stellantis is bringing back the Hemi. The CEO of Stallantis was fired and then new guy is bringing it back again. May be the 5.7 but at least it'll be back. Hope he's right

The AC company still produces the cobra. 0-60 in 3.4 seconds. I think it's a Lotus engine.

I have regular plates with a rider for the appraised value. Collectors plates are like motorcycle plates. Collision/ liability insurance in
summer fire, theft, vandalism in winter. After all the hoopla you save $10. Dart stay’s registered and insured year round. So if I back into it with the lawn tractor it’s still covered. Public insurance good or bad don’t know, it’s what we got

Got to see my youngest son in Bismark yesterday and a hell of a long drive but was worth all 400 miles of it.

Wtf with the weather? 5 days ago it was f…….. near 100 F degrees out today 34 F. My son said it was snowing on his way to work this morning. Someone sure pissed ole Mother Nature off. But at least we got an inch and 2/10’s of rain which calmed the fire situation down. That bush was just crunchy could have lit a fire with a good fart. Make it a good one guys.

Agreed. 50 degree swing in temps in 4-5 days just seems odd. Then again, the High temps lately have been unseasonable, and maybe we’re settling back to more normal temps…..

I hope.

Totally agree with that.
