I took a picture of the people doing the polar swim when it was on the news today.
Still think they're crazy.
Wife and I went shopping today and got some great deals at Wallyworld and then to Costco and then NoFrills and home.
It warmed up a but still cold but not real windy which helped.
Have a great evening guys

It's really not that bad. My wife and I did it about 6-7 years ago up near Ely, MN, in -10* weather. Thankfully there was a sauna about 100 feet away....

So we did it again!

Well, you know you're alive when you do it, I'll tell you that much!

Got a video of my wife coming out of the water on her second dip (we use a large hole in the ice), and the language that came out of her mouth would embarrass a sailor!
No way in hell my wife would ever attempt anything like that, not sure if I would either. There is one held here when it's actually cold enough to freeze the lake.

Morning guys.
Looks like a partly sunny day today which is better than overcast and snowy any day.
May run the blower down the driveway and sidewalks to clean it up some.
Screw shoveling it, getting too old for that ****.
Have you noticed the days are staying a bit lighter now. Bring it on!!
Have a great whatever you are doing but play safe

Been busy here today and just starting to unwind.
Think I'll poor me an early drink and might even watch a movie.
Decided to take the day off (kind of), doing some paper work. . Watching Gran Turismo right now. Pretty good flick. Watched Ford vs. Ferrari before that. Gone in sixty seconds is next but I aint watching that one again.

Spent all afternoon wiring in 4 outlets. Doesn't help when the drill used to drill the holes, quits; the batteries for said drill, are dead; and got the wrong outlet covers for exterior gfi's, and had to drive 100 miles to get the correct ones.
I try, I said I try to run the job though my head a couple times so I only have to make one trip to town. Last time that happened I was living in town.

Hahaha, that Camaro has Manitoba plates! I wonder if the location isn't Steinbach, known as the 'automobile city', located about 30 or so miles east of Winnipeg. There is an oversized 'car' in the background of the picture that looks like the same one displayed there
Definitely Steinbach mb. Know the wheels on the on the car on the post.
