Hello all, I have to replace the leaf springs and I was wondering if I could get some recommendations. Info; 1974 Duster, 360, 4 speed, rear is sure grip. I plan on it being a cruiser (with an occasional burn out). Rear tires will be wider than stock. Extra ride height would be good. Thanks

I like General Spring of Kansas City. My dad has also used their springs on an e-body with good results.
They have a few options for spring count. For more ride height adjustability you can get front spring hangers from Doctor Diff with multiple settings.

Another vote for ESPO. These are their +1 springs after they've had a chance to settle a bit. I'm very happy with them. Talk to Laura and she'll get you hooked up with everything you need.

I realize it's not a Duster, but the previous, previous owner of my '71 Dart GT installed ManciniRacing 2800lb springs. I've had the car since August 18, 2003.
Easy, call Laura at ESPO Springs and Things. You can order them with any leaf count and any arc dimensions you want. Plus they are affordable. Also they are NOT, I repeat NOT, on the website. Laura told me they are more than busy enough with the other stuff they sell so if you call and ask they will build a set of springs for you but they are not advertising they do leaf springs.

I have ESPO on mine. They were ordered as 340 replacement springs. Once I swapped in 6 speed I had to clamp the front sections to get rid of wheel hop. Overall they are great springs.

another vote for ESPO - I have them on all three of my 1970 Darts, some are as old as 20 years. Be sure to specify the 6 leaf springs that are like the factory springs for 340 cars and specify the front spring bolt size (I think your later A-body came with the larger bolts). I like mine with the +1 arc
Adding my 2 cents for ESPO, went with +1 on my Barracuda, only thing I’d add is consider buying adjustable front spring hangers from Mancini or Uncle Brian’s. I’m glad I did, the car sat just too high for me when I put the new springs on, but lifting them by one hole on the hangers (there’s 3 in total) sat it just right.
Remember the springs will settle a bit over time (probably depending on how much you drive it) I hadn't though about it but another argument for adjustable front hangers.

These are offset and adjustable, he also does standard with adjustment.
