Get yourself an angle finder and see just how bad the angles are. As stated, the DS angle is horrendous.
 
NP231 Slip Yoke Eliminator

Here is what it took to eliminate my vibration.

For any interested... Found the Noise! It was Interference at the Front of the Driveshaft, The Yokes Make Contact at anything over 15degrees and I was at 15.50.

So, I made these 1 3/8" Spacer Blocks for the CrossMember and that got me down to a 12degree Angle!
It Isn't Dialed-in... but the Noise Is Gone!

Yeah, I really just want to Drive it around my back yard a bit and see what I got.
This $700 Project turned into a $2500 Investment before I ever got to Test Drive it!
At least I have a Fresh Rear End now...
 
There is some good information here that speaks to drive shaft tech - driveline angles, vibrations, slip yoke eliminators etc.
 
There's another elephant in the room here. The transfer case slip yoke is out W-A-Y too far. In researching it a little bit, I think I located the correct way to correct the vibration.
high travel slip yoke - Jeep Cherokee Forum It looks like a driveline mounted "Slip Yoke Eliminator" is the correct fix for it.
You may need a CV joint in that driveshaft with that bastard angle.
 
My daily beater….. 96. Also has rough country 3” lift. Front coils sagged so I shoved some spacers in it. Bought it for my daughter’s first car and I adopted it when she left for college. That was a LONG time ago!
