And you know what? They know about the quality too, and they don’t care. The almighty dollar is the bottom line, and those guys are still making money hand over fist because cheap *** Americans are still buying all of it at Walmart.

TRUE. They don't care. Just like te executives at Ford knew about the Pinto's fuel tank problem that killed several people. The computed the cost of fixing the problem versus the cost of paying off lawsuits. it was cheaper to pay off lawsuits, so they let the people die for bigger profits.

I`ve been through 3 new 4spd back up light switches, they all leaked right away.
Gave up and plugged the hole on the dodge.

Ha! But I got a bargain last year, the PO had installed a new oil pressure switch on a slant that leaked..... He had little mechanical ability, just enough to figure it was losing oil. No doubt, He felt bad about how he was screwing me and kept knocking the price down as we talked. I did not even have to try to bargain. Oh well
