You'd have a very drowned slant. No pair of those is the same.
That’s correct 3 are Stromberg with minor differences and3 carter
On second thought I have seen a Thermoquad on a slant he had to adjust the air flap to tight. It ran like a scalded dog, but no air flap on these
Find six matching 2 barrels and you could do something like this. Of course you'd need small block intake flanges.

I want to do a set of small block six pack carburetors on a slant 6. I believe I could tune them to work.
maybe if you jet them down and put the tightest vac sec springs in or custom make your own
I love custom out of the box ideas !!
Oh I can do it. I'd just need 350 bucks worth of metering blocks, plus the carburetors themselves. lol It would run great on the middle carburetor alone, most likely. Although the idle circuit would be rich.
