Playing devil's advocate here, but maybe he or she doesn't get notifications when someone tags them? I know I don't. I saw that I was tagged once by accidentally stumbling upon the comment in a thread.

I just said this on someone’s post on Moparts a few weeks ago. When people offer up help and you don’t reply back no one learns anything for your post. Did it help, did it make it worse, am I on ignore and just wasted my time trying to help? We all learn from each other, except when these “dead-heads” post up.

Don’t know but…. The OP is an active member and is on here every day. To start a help wanted thread and then not respond is just a dick move.
