Then in the wanted/loking for section this ad will be placed.

Good luck, there out there.

What are you looking for : Complete engine ? Long block ? Short block ?

If you can't find one, a 360 makes a pretty good stand-in.... more cubes, more torque, late models have roller lifters.... and, Magnum heads.

For a street machine, or even a street/strip machine, a 360 works pretty well.

For pure racing though, a 340 is the one...

My 2-cents....

I've got one that I'm going to assemble in the next week or so. I just got the crank back from the crank shop. It'll be a completely redone engine. Do you need a short block or long block? I can do both for you. Shipping is no problem either.

Bill Dedman is right. On the street, the 360 has more torque plus the added cubes. The 360 will have more low end power than the 340.

I'm getting ready to do a 360 also.

Trying to clean out the garage to actually get 2 cars in my 2 car garage with some room. What an interesting concept!

I have a 340 intake to oil pan. It ran when it was pulled but i would recomend a rebuild.
