lower arms

Ok I have the complete front end off of the 64 dart except for the torsion bars which are getting replaced next weekend.

My question is this:

Dont hear much about the lower arms. What all is involved in replacing the lower arms or are they serviced with new parts etc...?

the LCA should have a pivot pin, which should get a new bushing. Also there's a bump stop.

Yep got all that. But I also have a chance to buy a set of new pivots. So should I replace them, and once and after I get the torsion bars out, then after I remove the pivots the lower arms just will come off right?. My lower arm looks ok, but is there a bushing in it too?


I also have read some people buy the kits to beef them up? I do not know if this is really needed, any thoughts on this option too?
