69 Dart 318.Ifigure that this winter i should remove the lower and install new bushings and so on.could someone please tell step by step on what i should do to remove them.I plan to give them to a shop to press them in as well as the upper bushing. Are there any does and donts.Be nice to remove the k frame to paint it up too.It just keeps going but looking forward to the end result. Thanks Boys.Don

It's all a matter of loosesning the torsion bar adjusters all the way (FIRST), then unbolting everything in it's way.
Plan on soaking parts with penetrating oil and banging on things with a big hammer.
Might as well rebuild the entire front end and purdy up the K-member while everything is out of the way.

back page of all the mopar muscle magazines have complete front end rebuild kits available.

Everyone recommends the lower control arm bushings to be rubber like the factory ones not poly.

Sounds like a plan thanks. After it comes back from paint up on jack stands. Then get the front end apart and rear.
