Has anyone lowered an early A body and want to share how you did it? I would love to drop mine about 2". Stocker right now. Looking to upgrade to disk brakes and want to drop it while I'm into the suspension. :burnout:

front ride height is easily adjusted via the torsion bar adjusting bolts up front, for the rear you'll either need lowering blocks or maybe take a leaf out of the springs. combine that with the 13" wheel and you'll be in the weeds.

PST has the 2" drop disc spindles right in their catalog!

At $800+, I would just lower the adjusters, block the rear and wear out tires. I lowered mine about 2 inches in the front with the adjusters, kept the rear stock and it looks and rides pretty good.

I had the rear springs de-arched 2" at a local spring shop.

They're actually $479 for a pair but you have to use the '73-up disc brakes or the Wilwood system so that will jack the cost a bit but you'll have a nice system!
