Magnum 500's on a 68 barracuda

ever since seeing this car I didn't think they looked too bad.
I know they never came on these but I kinda like the look .
what do you think yay or nay? I found a nice set with new tires 14x7 for $650
 
I've got a set of those wheels too. Not currently on my car.
What I don't like about them.... They'll be seen on every make/model at the local cruise-in. Their lug holes woller out.
 
Don't take it personally,

But.......... 'Me No Like'

I like the 'true' body-colored steel wheels with 'Dog Dish Hub Caps' and R-W-L Tires
on the Notchback.

Just looks stronger on the A-Body.
 
I like those better on B bodies. On our A bodies I prefer Rallyes or as stated body color with dishes.
 
The styled road wheels look good on most everything. They look good on the Cuda too. That said, I think body colored steelies and dog dishes would look better. IMO
 
Fair enough i have the steelies painted right now.
was going to go with a second set of wheels maybe cragars.
big cost difference when you have to buy all new again.

I think the blue car would look great with red stripes.
 
When I switched to big bolt pattern I went with C-Body wheels.The wheels and tires were given to me,couldn't say no.

Now that's what I'm talking about 'Johnny Cuda'.........though I'm not a fan of the hood....'sorry'.

A few months ago I saw one just like this, with 'custom' 15" x 5.5" Rims on the
Front with GR70 x 15's and 15" x 7" on the Rear with GR60 x 15's {Zero Off-Set}
with the B.F. Goodrich Radials T/A's.

Looked like it came out of the Factory that way............

 
I like an A Body with Magnums!

Thanks I actually would like the stock hood myself somebody offered me one for free I should get it my only concern is getting the hood springs back on.

So your saying cragars would look the best right?
I might just buy 15x7 for all around and mount those tires on them.
