while RT's are usually listed at 58cc i've found them to be in the low 60's, so take that into consideration.
a very loose rule is 1cc for every .006 milled
i've personally cut magnums (not RT's) 20 and come out okay behind it, i've heard tell of guys running spec classes what would cut and angle mill up to 40. but you start walking a fine line when the chamber gets that small and you have that much area of quench.
Whatever you decide to cut off, just remember, the thinner they get, the more of a chance of not sealing. There are only 4 bolts per cylinder. And the only way to get around it is o-ringing. Best to take off as little as possible.
