Anyone install the March pulley setup for a small block? I bought the 5rib belt set up with power steering and all brackets. Today I tried to install it and ran into problems. When installing the Alt brackets the Alt hits the fuel pump housing and the adjustment rod will never reach- I would have to grind the fuel pump housing and alt to try and make it work.

I have a set up. Serpinitine, 2 belt.

I had a problem with a belt hitting the water pump pulley.

I'll be honest and tell ya up front I have had this system a long time but it's been 5 years since I had it on the engine since I killed the engine.

March was preety good to me and easy to deal with. I don't know about anybody else, but I had good results and customer service with them.

I've been looking around and trying to find out why, cant call March till tomorrow. Are there two different sizes of Alternators? I'm seeing one called a 72 and later square back and mine is possibly an earlier version.

Im running the march serpentine pulleys. Never had a problem. Perfect fit, but im also runnung an electric fuel pump..
